USCIS Requires New Form I-924A Annual Certification Starting Next Week

Washington D.C., November 27, 2019: U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services announced today that it has amended the Form I-924A Annual Certification by Regional Center to accord with the new EB-5 Regulations that took effect on November 21, 2019.

Form I-924A is required to be filed annually by operating regional centers to report to USCIS its key operating metrics for the current federal fiscal year. Form I-924As for fiscal year 2019 must be filed before December 29, 2019.

The new version of the form will be required starting December 6, 2019. Old versions of the form will not be accepted on or after December 6, 2019.
