Washington D.C., May 5, 2022: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is re-designing its webpage for case status updates. USCIS is inviting the public to participate in a webinar on May 12 from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern. During this webinar, USCIS representatives will give an overview of recent updates to the way we communicate estimated processing times. We will also respond to questions. While we are actively working to reduce processing times, this webinar will focus solely on the updates to the way processing times are displayed on our website.

The changes implemented by USCIS will impact the current Processing Times Webpage, new Frequently Asked Questions page, and the More Information About Case Processing Times webpage, formerly the Case Processing Times webpage.
