On August 15, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited a total of 4,300 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence in its 14 th All Program draws for this year.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off was 496 Points. Candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominee Program were eligible for this round of invitations.

Further, it is pertinent to mention that as per the official publication from IRCC, CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of August 15, 2023 is as follows:

The CRS score dropped by 21 points from the previous Express Entry draw which took place on August 1, 2023.
