On March 15, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited a total of 7,000 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence in its 3 rd All Program draws for this year.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off was 490 Points. Candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominee Program were eligible for this round of invitations.

Further, it is pertinent to mention that as per the official publication from IRCC, CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool as of March 15, 2023 is as follows:

The Invitations to Apply (ITAs) increased by 1,500 from the previous All Program Express Entry draw which took place on January 18, 2023.
