Policy Change for Form I-693 Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

USCIS has changed its policy regarding Form I-693, the Medical and Vaccination Report that is required for Adjustment of Status petitioners. As of June 1, 2014, all I-693 forms submitted to USCIS will expire one year after the form is submitted. Previously, USCIS would extend the form’s validity past its one year threshold.
