Update: EB-5 Clients Receive Adjustment of Status Approval in 4 Months

Washington, D.C., August 16, 2022: We are pleased to provide an update on current EB-5 visa processing. Donoso & Partners has one of the largest EB-5 investor immigration practices in the U.S. From our current experience, we can report that several of Donoso & Partners clients with approved I-526 petitions who filed I-485 Adjustment of Status in April of 2022 received approval of Adjustment of Status and their 2-year Conditional Lawful Permanent residence in August 2022.

The countries of origin for these clients were both from the People’s Republic of China and India.

Priority Dates for the Chinese applicants were from September 2015.

Priority Dates for the Indian applicants were from September 2018 and December 2018.
